Many women experience hormonal fluctuations. Most people are aware of the Pre-menstrual period and the Menopause, however few people realise that many women can experience hormonal fluctuations.

Common issues are; uncontrollable emotions, irritability, persistent mood swings, stress, anger, hormonal issues, fluctuating/painful periods, oestrogen dominance, fatigue, difficulty sleeping, fluid retention, feeling down. The 30 PLUS formula combines the internationally studied and proven effectiveness of cimicifuga racemosa with natural amino acids, nutrients and vitamins to help the body's own hormonal balance. Hormonal imbalances or Oestrogen dominance can occur through a range of areas; natural changes after childbirth, synthetic sources, such as the oral contraceptive pill, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), as well as diet and monthly hormonal changes.

Generally it will take 2 menstrual cycles (6-8 weeks) for 30 PLUS to help balance your hormonal system. Some women however have reported great results within 2-3 weeks but as everyone is different we strongly suggest that you stay on 30 PLUS for at least 6-8 weeks for full effectiveness. You may experience results earlier or it may take a little longer.

Dosage

2 Tablets per day. One in the morning and one in the evening or as professionally prescribed, taken preferably with meals.
